Larry does not support any proposed gun control laws that would limit the rights of gun ownership for responsible and law-abiding citizens. As a believer in the American Bill of Rights and a gun owner, he believes it is critical for Alabamians to recognize the importance of the Fourth Amendment's statement that we are free from unreasonable and warrantless searches. The Fourth Amendment goes hand-in-hand with the Second Amendment's ability to protect gun ownership.

Typical gun ownership laws simply restrict those abiding by the law. High risk individuals still obtain firearms through illegal means. Laws proposed depriving citizens of the right granted in the Second Amendment will be fought diligently by Larry Stutts as your state senator.
